Starting a club,
or joining one?
Rostered gets set up by the club, once. Everyone else is added by the people who run it. Tell us which one you are and we’ll point you the right way.

Your club sends the invite.
There’s nothing to sign up for here, and no form to fill in. Someone who runs your club adds you, and Rostered emails you a link that sets up your account.
What to look for
- An email invitation, sent to the address your club has on file for you.
- The sender shows your club’s name, and the subject line names your club too.
- If your club runs in another language, the invitation arrives in that language.
- Some clubs send a registration link instead, often from their own website or a group message.
If it isn’t there
- Check your spam or junk folder, and search your mail for your club’s name.
- Invitations expire. If yours has, your club admin can send a fresh one.
- If your club has your other email address, they can resend it to the right one.
For anything else, ask whoever runs your club, a coach, a team manager, or the club admin. They can see your invitation and resend it. We can’t add you to a club ourselves.
Start your club
on Rostered.
Rostered runs the week-to-week season for a youth sports club: one schedule, RSVPs per athlete, rosters, messaging and expenses, in one app. Free for every parent and athlete, and clubs pay one flat monthly fee from $9 a month.
Bring your season dates and the places you play. The roster can be typed in, imported from a spreadsheet, or filled in by your families from a link you send.
Joining a club that already uses Rostered?
Starting a club happens in the Rostered app. You will choose your package, name the club and pay there, and the club is created when the payment goes through. If the card is declined nothing is created and you are not charged.
