Rostered is free for parents and players, always. Clubs and schools choose a package that fits their size (Squad, Team, Club, Academy, or Elite) and pay a flat monthly fee based on the number of athletes, from $9 to $199 a month.
We support a wide range of team sports — and we’re always expanding the catalog. If your sport isn’t listed, choose the custom option and we’ll make sure it works for your club.
Not yet. Today Rostered sits alongside your existing registration and public site: import a roster, pick your divisions, and we handle scheduling, communication, RSVPs, and attendance from there. Built-in registration is something we’re taking a hard look at, and demand moves it up the list. If your club wants it, tell us.
Yes. Rostered works from any browser, so the app is optional. Event emails link straight to the event, and parents sign in on the web to RSVP. The apps add push notifications and quicker check-ins for families who want them.
Yes. Subscribe once in Google, Apple, or Outlook and the feed updates itself when schedules change. Pick the granularity that fits: a feed for one athlete, the whole family, a team, or a division. Admins can subscribe to a feed for the entire club.
Your data is yours. We don’t sell or share it, and we only use contact information to deliver the notifications your club configures. Clubs can export or delete their data at any time.
